Welcome
Welcome to GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB.

Our aim is to provide a welcoming, supportive and inclusive community where women can connect, grow, discover opportunities and enjoy exclusive benefits. As our community continues to evolve, so too may the services, events and benefits we offer. These Terms are designed to provide clarity whilst allowing us the flexibility to continually improve your membership experience.
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or renewing your membership.

2. Our Memberships
GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB currently offers two membership categories:
- Social Club Membership
- Business Club Membership
Our Business Club currently includes several membership tiers.
The current membership options, pricing and benefits are published on our website.
We may introduce new membership categories, retire existing memberships or amend membership features from time to time.
3. Membership Benefits
Membership of GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB is designed to provide access to an evolving community and the benefits associated with it, rather than any single feature, event, service or platform.
We are committed to continually developing and improving our memberships to ensure they remain valuable, relevant and sustainable. As a result, the specific benefits included within each membership may change from time to time in accordance with these Terms. The benefits available to you will depend on the membership category and membership tier you have selected at the time of purchase.
Current membership benefits are published on our website and may include, where applicable:
- access to exclusive online communities;
- member-only events, networking opportunities and experiences;
- educational resources, workshops and digital content;
- discounts on selected events, products or services;
- exclusive partner offers;
- business visibility opportunities;
- co-working opportunities and Clubhouse access (where included); and
- other benefits introduced from time to time.
The description of benefits published on our website at the time you purchase or renew your membership forms part of your membership information.
4. Evolving Our Membership
GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB continually reviews and develops its memberships to ensure they remain relevant, valuable and sustainable. We may make reasonable changes to membership benefits to improve our services, respond to member feedback, reflect changes in technology or business operations, or where necessary for legal or operational reasons. We will not make changes that materially reduce the overall value of your membership without providing appropriate notice or, where required by applicable law, an appropriate remedy.
5. Membership Categories & Tiers
GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB currently offers the following membership categories:
- Social Club Membership, designed for individuals looking to connect, socialise and enjoy exclusive member benefits and experiences.
- Business Club Membership, designed to support women in business through visibility, education, networking, collaboration and business growth opportunities.
Our Business Club may include multiple membership tiers, each offering different levels of access and benefits.
The current membership categories, tiers, pricing and included benefits are published on our website.
We reserve the right to introduce, amend or retire membership categories or tiers where necessary to support the continued growth and development of GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB.
6. Joining GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB
To become a member, you must create an account through our Platform and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
By purchasing a membership you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate;
- you have the legal authority to accept these Terms;
- if purchasing a Business Membership, you are authorised to act on behalf of the business where applicable;
- you are at least 18 years of age; and
- you agree to comply in full with these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
Memberships are personal to the named member and may not be transferred, shared or assigned to another individual or business unless we expressly agree in writing otherwise.
7. Your Membership Account
Your membership account provides access to the benefits associated with your membership.
Depending on your membership type, this may include access to:
- the member portal;
- the GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB App;
- online communities;
- digital resources;
- event booking facilities;
- business directories;
- member offers; and
- other services available as part of your membership.
You are responsible for ensuring that anyone using your account has your authority to do so. We recommend keeping your login details secure and notifying us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend access to your account where we reasonably believe there has been unauthorised use, fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
8. Membership Fees and Payment
Membership fees are payable in accordance with the membership option you select at the time of purchase.
Current membership fees are published on our website and may be amended from time to time. Any changes to membership fees will apply to new memberships immediately and to existing members upon their next renewal, unless otherwise stated.
Membership fees must be paid using one of the payment methods made available by GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB.
If we are unable to collect payment for your membership, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership until payment has been successfully received.
All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
9. Membership Renewals
Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, memberships renew automatically at the end of each membership period.
By purchasing a membership, you authorise us to collect future renewal payments using your chosen payment method until your membership is cancelled.
We will send a reminder email before renewal (normally at least 7 days before the renewal date) explaining the renewal date, the renewal price and how to cancel. However, it remains your responsibility to manage your membership and cancellation preferences.
Renewal payments will be charged at the membership fee applicable at the time of renewal.
10. Cancelling Your Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time through your online account or by contacting us using the details provided within these Terms.
Cancellation prevents future renewal payments but does not normally entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your current membership period.
Your membership benefits will continue until the end of the paid membership period, after which your access to member-only services and benefits will end.
Where a membership has been purchased using a promotional offer, bundled package or discounted rate, cancellation will not normally affect the terms under which that membership was originally purchased.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
11. Cooling-Off Rights
If you purchase your membership online or at a distance, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days under applicable consumer law.
However, where you have expressly requested that we begin providing membership services during the cooling-off period (e.g. if you request immediate access to digital content, member-only communities, downloadable resources, exclusive events or other membership benefits during this period) you acknowledge that your right to cancel or receive a full refund may be reduced or lost in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Where a refund is due, it will be processed using the original payment method.
12. Upgrades, Downgrades and Transfers
Members may be able to upgrade or downgrade their membership, subject to the options available at the time.
Any upgrade or downgrade will take effect in accordance with the process communicated by GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB and may result in changes to membership fees, benefits or renewal dates.
Business memberships are intended for the individual or business named at the time of purchase and may not be shared across multiple individuals unless expressly permitted by the membership purchased.
From time to time, GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB may offer additional Partner Memberships or similar arrangements, allowing an additional named individual from the same business to access selected membership benefits. Such memberships are available only with our prior approval, are subject to the applicable fees and terms in place at the time, and may not be transferred to another individual without our prior written consent.
13. Promotional Memberships and Special Offers
From time to time, GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB may offer promotional pricing, introductory offers, bundled packages or limited-time membership incentives.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotional offers are available only during the advertised period;
- offers cannot be applied retrospectively;
- promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits;
- only one promotional offer may be applied per membership purchase unless otherwise stated; and
- renewal payments will normally be charged at the standard membership price applicable at the time of renewal unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
Where promotional offers include additional benefits, gifts or bonus services, these are provided as part of the promotion and may not form part of the ongoing membership after renewal unless expressly stated
14. Community Standards
GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB exists to create welcoming, supportive and empowering communities where members can connect, collaborate and thrive.
By becoming a member, you agree to contribute positively to our community and to treat fellow members, guests, partners, speakers, sponsors, volunteers and members of our team with kindness, courtesy and respect.
We want every member to feel safe, included and valued, whether interacting online or in person.
15. Member Code of Conduct
When participating in any GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB activity, you agree that you will not:
- engage in bullying, harassment, discrimination or abusive behaviour;
- intimidate, threaten or deliberately upset other members;
- use offensive, defamatory or inappropriate language;
- post or share unlawful, misleading or harmful content;
- deliberately disrupt events, workshops or online communities;
- misuse member contact information;
- impersonate another person or business;
- engage in fraudulent activity;
- repeatedly promote products or services outside the opportunities provided through your membership; or
- act in a manner that could reasonably damage the reputation of GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB or negatively impact the experience of other members.
These standards apply equally across our digital platforms, communication channels, in-person events, co-working spaces and any other activities organised or facilitated by GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB.
16. Member Communication Channels
From time to time, GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB may operate a range of communication channels to support members.
These may include, but are not limited to:
- Facebook communities;
- WhatsApp groups or communities;
- our website and member portal;
- the GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB App;
- email communications;
- online forums;
- co-working spaces;
- in-person events; and
- other communication platforms introduced by us from time to time.
Access to these communication channels forms part of your membership and is subject to these Terms and any community guidelines or codes of conduct that we publish from time to time. Where additional guidelines apply to particular membership benefits, programmes or community spaces (including, for example, Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities, The Clubhouse and accountability programmes) members agree to comply with those guidelines when participating in those activities.
Failure to comply with applicable community guidelines may result in suspension or removal from the relevant communication channel or, in serious or repeated cases, termination of membership in accordance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to introduce, amend or discontinue communication platforms where appropriate.
16.1 Third-Party Community Platforms
Certain membership benefits include access to private communities hosted on third-party platforms, including (but not limited to) Facebook and WhatsApp.
Participation in these communities is entirely optional. Members may choose to join, mute, leave or rejoin these communities at any time (subject to any applicable membership eligibility requirements).
Members acknowledge that profile information and contact details made visible through these platforms (such as names, profile photographs, telephone numbers or other profile information) may be visible to other members in accordance with each platform’s own privacy settings.
Use of these platforms is also subject to the relevant platform’s own terms of use and privacy policy.
GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB cannot control the actions of individual members on third-party platforms and is not responsible for information that members choose to share with one another through those platforms.
Members are responsible for managing their own privacy settings, considering carefully what information they choose to share, and complying with any community guidelines published by GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB.
17. Moderation
To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB reserves the right to moderate all community spaces.
This may include:
- approving or declining membership requests;
- moderating posts, comments or other content;
- removing content that breaches our community standards;
- limiting access to specific areas of the community;
- temporarily muting members from communication channels; or
- suspending or permanently removing access where necessary.
Moderation decisions will always be made at our reasonable discretion with the aim of protecting the wider community.
18. Suspension and Termination
We hope never to remove a member from our community. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership, without refund where appropriate, if we reasonably believe that a member has:
- seriously or repeatedly breached these Terms;
- behaved in a way that places other members, guests or staff at risk;
- engaged in bullying, harassment or discrimination;
- acted dishonestly or fraudulently;
- brought GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB into serious disrepute; or
- otherwise acted in a manner that is incompatible with the values and safe operation of our community.
Where appropriate, we may issue warnings or seek to resolve concerns before taking formal action, but we are not obliged to do so where immediate action is considered necessary to protect our members, staff or business.
19. Confidentiality and Respect for the Community
As part of your membership, you may become aware of personal stories, business ideas, commercial information or other confidential matters shared by fellow members.
Whilst members remain free to discuss their own experiences, you agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members and not disclose information shared within the community where it is reasonable to expect that it was shared in confidence.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- discussions within member-only groups or communication channels;
- information shared during events, workshops, mentoring sessions or networking activities;
- personal circumstances shared by members; and
- business ideas, strategies or commercially sensitive information.
Nothing in this clause prevents the reporting of unlawful conduct or matters where disclosure is required by applicable law.
20. Fair Use of the Community and Member Connections
GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB exists to encourage genuine relationships, meaningful collaboration and mutual support between members. Networking and building connections are at the heart of our community, and we actively encourage members to engage with one another in a positive, respectful and authentic way.
Members are welcome to:
- build professional and personal relationships;
- collaborate with fellow members;
- promote themselves through the opportunities included within their membership; and
- develop business opportunities that arise naturally through genuine connection.
However, to protect the trust and integrity of our community, members must not:
- harvest or collect member contact details without permission;
- send unsolicited bulk sales messages or marketing communications;
- repeatedly contact members after being asked to stop;
- use member information for purposes unrelated to participation in GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB;
- solicit or recruit members to competing communities, memberships or organisations in a way that we reasonably consider undermines the interests or integrity of GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB; or
- engage in any activity that we reasonably consider to be an abuse of the trust placed in our community.
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms and to take appropriate action where we reasonably consider these Terms have been breached. This may include issuing warnings, restricting access to communication channels, suspending membership or terminating membership where appropriate, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us.
Whilst GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB seeks to create opportunities for networking, collaboration and business development, we do not guarantee any particular commercial outcome, business growth, income or other result from membership.
20.1 Member Business Compliance
Members are solely responsible for all products, services, events, promotions, advice and information they provide, advertise or make available through GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB. Members confirm that their business activities comply with all applicable UK legislation, regulatory requirements, licensing obligations and professional standards relevant to their business. Members must ensure that any marketing, promotions or offers shared through GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB are accurate, lawful and do not mislead other members.
Members should carry out their own enquiries before entering into any commercial arrangement with another member. GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB is not a party to, and accepts no responsibility for, agreements entered into between members.
GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB does not verify, endorse, approve or guarantee the quality, legality or suitability of any member’s products or services and any contract entered into between members remains solely between those parties.
Recommendations, testimonials and opinions shared by members represent their own experiences and do not constitute an endorsement by GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB.
21. Events, Workshops and Experiences
Members may have access to a range of events, workshops, networking sessions, retreats, co-working opportunities and other experiences as part of their membership or as separately ticketed events.
Attendance at events is subject to availability and any booking requirements published at the time.
Whilst we will make every reasonable effort to deliver events as advertised, we reserve the right to:
- amend event content or format;
- substitute speakers, hosts or facilitators;
- change venues, dates or times;
- alter event capacity;
- move events online or to an alternative location where appropriate; or
- cancel events where circumstances make this necessary.
Where an event is cancelled by GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB, any refund or alternative arrangements will be communicated in accordance with the booking terms applicable to that event.
Members are expected to behave respectfully towards venues, speakers, suppliers, volunteers, staff and fellow attendees at all times.
Members are responsible for notifying us of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking events. Whilst we will endeavour to accommodate notified requirements where reasonably possible, we cannot guarantee that refreshments will be free from allergens.
21.1 Health & Wellbeing Activities
Some membership benefits, events, workshops, classes or resources may include activities relating to health, wellbeing, fitness or personal development (for example, yoga, Pilates, breathwork, meditation or similar activities).
Members particpate in these activities voluntarily and are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit and able to participate safely. If you have any concerns about your health or suitability for an activity, you should seek appropriate medical advice before taking part.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB and any guest speakers, instructors or facilitators are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from a member’s participation in these activities, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Any health, wellbeing or lifestyle information shared through our membership, events or online resources is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as as medical, healthcare or professional advice. It is not intended to replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Guest speakers, instructors and facilitators may be independent third parties and are responsible for the content of their own sessions.
22. The Clubhouse and Co-working
Where your membership includes access to The Clubhouse or co-working facilities, you agree to use these spaces responsibly and with consideration for others.
Members must:
- treat the space, equipment and furnishings with care;
- leave workspaces clean and tidy after use;
- follow any health and safety guidance provided;
- respect other members’ ability to work without unnecessary disruption;
- report any damage or maintenance issues promptly; and
- comply with any booking or access procedures in place.
We reserve the right to amend access arrangements, opening hours, booking systems or facilities from time to time.
Access to The Clubhouse or co-working facilities may be suspended or withdrawn where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where operational circumstances require it.
23. Guest Speakers, Experts and Third-Party Partners
From time to time, GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB may invite guest speakers, trainers, facilitators, sponsors or other third-party organisations to contribute to our events, programmes or member benefits.
The views, opinions and advice provided by third parties are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB.
Whilst we take reasonable care when selecting our partners, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any information, advice or services provided by third parties.
Any contract entered into between you and a third-party provider is solely between you and that provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
24. Digital Resources and Member Content
Your membership may include access to digital resources such as recordings, templates, workbooks, guides, online courses, webinars, AI tools, downloads and other educational materials.
These resources are provided for your personal use or, where applicable, the internal use of your business.
Unless expressly permitted by us in writing, members must not:
- reproduce, copy or distribute member resources;
- share access with non-members;
- sell, licence or commercially exploit member materials;
- upload our materials to other platforms; or
- remove copyright notices or branding.
Access to digital resources may end when your membership ends unless otherwise stated.
25. Photography, Video and Media
Photographs, video recordings and other media may be captured during GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB events, workshops and activities.
By attending our events, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or recordings used by GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB for promotional, marketing or editorial purposes.
If you would prefer not to appear in photographs or recordings, please notify a member of our team before or during the event. Whilst we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that incidental inclusion will always be avoided.
Members must not record, livestream or photograph events in a way that infringes the privacy or rights of other attendees without appropriate permission.
26. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly.
Any personal information you provide to GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB will be collected, stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

By submitting content, you confirm that:
- you own the necessary rights to that content;

31. Limitation of Liability
Nothing within these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss;
- economic loss;
- loss of goodwill;
- interruption to business activities;
- loss arising from third-party services or platforms; or
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Members participate in events, activities and community discussions at their own discretion and remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
Our total liability arising from your membership shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your current membership period, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
32. Force Majeure
