GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB
Customer Information, Booking Terms & Shopping Policies
Last Updated: September 2026
Welcome
Thank you for choosing GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB.
Whether you’re purchasing merchandise, booking an event, reserving a co-working pass or joining us for one of our experiences, we want every interaction with us to be enjoyable, straightforward and transparent.
This document explains how purchases and bookings are made, what you can expect from us, and the terms that apply when using our website or purchasing our products and services.
We’ve written these terms as clearly as possible to help answer common questions before you buy. Some of our services, such as our memberships and venue hire, are governed by their own dedicated terms and conditions. Where separate terms apply, these will be made available to you before you complete your purchase or booking.
If you have any questions at any stage, our team will always be happy to help.
1. About GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB
GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB is a community dedicated to bringing women together through friendship, business, learning and shared experiences.
Through our website, we offer a range of products and services, including merchandise, event tickets, workshops, co-working passes, gift vouchers and other experiences designed to support and inspire our community.
When you purchase from us, you’re supporting an independent, female-founded business and helping us continue to create opportunities for women to connect, grow and thrive.
Throughout this document, references to “we”, “our” or “us” mean GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB LIMITED (SC599345). References to “you” or “your” mean the person purchasing or booking our products or services.
2. Other Terms That May Apply
Some GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB products and services are subject to their own specific terms and conditions.
Where separate terms apply, they will take precedence over these general Customer Information, Booking Terms & Shopping Policies where there is any inconsistency.
Separate terms currently apply to:
- Business Memberships
- Social Memberships
- Clubhouse Venue Hire
3. How to Purchase or Book
Products and services can be purchased through our website or, where applicable, through one of our approved booking or payment platforms.
By placing an order or making a booking, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or guardian where appropriate;
- the information you provide is accurate and complete;
- you are authorised to use the payment method provided; and
- you agree to these Customer Information, Booking Terms & Shopping Policies, together with any additional terms relating to the specific product or service you are purchasing.
All purchases and bookings are subject to acceptance by GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where payment cannot be authorised, products become unavailable, pricing errors occur or we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
4. Prices & Payment
We aim to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£). Where applicable, Value Added Tax (VAT) will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
We reserve the right to change the prices of our products and services at any time. Any changes will not affect orders or bookings that have already been accepted and paid for.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless an alternative payment arrangement has been clearly agreed in writing.
We accept payment using the methods displayed during checkout. All payments are processed securely through our authorised payment providers. GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB does not store your full payment card details.
If we discover that a product or service has been incorrectly priced due to an administrative or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order before it has been fulfilled. Where this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide the option to place a new order at the correct price or receive a full refund.
Where a payment is declined or cannot be authorised, your purchase or booking will not be confirmed until successful payment has been received.
5. Order Confirmation
Once your purchase or booking has been successfully completed, we will send confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.
Please check your confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you believe any details are incorrect.
If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.
Your order or booking is only confirmed once you have received confirmation from GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB.
6. Availability
All products, event spaces, tickets, co-working passes and experiences are offered subject to availability.
While we make every effort to ensure availability is accurately displayed, there may occasionally be circumstances beyond our control where an item or service becomes unavailable after purchase.
If this happens, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to discuss the available options, which may include:
- offering an alternative product, service or date (where appropriate);
- placing you on a waiting list (where applicable); or
- providing a full refund where we are unable to fulfil your purchase.
A ticket does not guarantee admission if it has been:
- copied or duplicated;
- altered or defaced;
- purchased through an unauthorised reseller where this is prohibited; or
- obtained fraudulently.
GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB reserves the right to refuse entry where we reasonably believe a ticket is invalid.
7. Merchandise
We love creating products that celebrate our community, and we hope you’ll enjoy wearing and using them as much as we’ve enjoyed designing them.
The following terms apply to all merchandise purchased from GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB.
7.1 Product Information
We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices are as accurate as possible.
However:
- colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings;
- product images are for illustration purposes only; and
- as many of our products are produced in small batches, minor variations between items may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to amend product specifications, pricing or availability without notice where reasonably necessary.
8. Delivery
Delivery options, estimated timescales and charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather or supplier issues.
Whilst we will always do our best to keep you updated, GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
Risk in the goods passes to you when your order has been delivered to the delivery address provided.
Ownership of the goods transfers to you once full payment has been received.
8.1 International Deliveries
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether delivery is available and provide a quotation for postage costs.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other local charges applicable to international deliveries.
8.2 Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
8.3 Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our delivery provider to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
8.4 Pre-Orders
From time to time, selected products may be offered on a pre-order basis.
Where applicable, an estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page. Please note that dispatch dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, supplier or delivery delays.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may either dispatch the items together once the pre-order is available or separately at our discretion without additional delivery charges unless clearly stated before the order is placed. If there is a significant delay to the estimated dispatch date, we will contact you and you will have the option to continue with your order or cancel for a full refund.
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
We hope every order arrives safely and in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, providing your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.
Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or not as described, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, which may include:
- a repair;
- a replacement;
- a refund; or
- another suitable resolution.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
10. Returns & Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, where you have a statutory right to cancel, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exception applies..
Please note that some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- personalised or customised products;
- products made specifically to your order;
- sealed goods that are unsuitable for return once opened for hygiene or health protection reasons; and
- any other products excluded under applicable consumer legislation.
Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty, damaged or supplied in error.
Further information on how to arrange a return can be obtained by contacting our team.
11. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, although many refunds are processed sooner depending on your payment provider.
12. Digital Products
Digital products are supplied electronically and are available for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
Where you have expressly requested immediate access to a digital product and acknowledged that your statutory right to cancel will be lost once the download or streaming begins, your right to cancel ends as soon as access to the digital content has been provided. After this point, no refunds or cancellations will be available except where required by applicable law.
Digital products may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, resold or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
12.1 Workshop Recordings
Where access to workshop recordings or replay content is provided, access is granted solely to the individual purchaser or member.
Recordings must not be copied, shared, reproduced, downloaded (unless expressly permitted), distributed or made available to any third party.
All intellectual property rights in workshop recordings remain vested in Glasglow Girls Club unless otherwise stated.
Workshop recordings and digital content must not be used to train artificial intelligence systems or incorporated into machine learning datasets without the prior written consent of GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB.
13. Event Tickets
We host a wide variety of events, experiences, workshops and community gatherings throughout the year. Whether you’re joining us for a networking event, brunch, workshop, social activity or special experience, we’re delighted you’ll be joining us.
The following terms apply to all event ticket purchases unless specific event information states otherwise.
Please note that participation in certain activities may not be suitable for everyone. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate and for notifying us of any relevant accessibility or medical requirements.
14. Purchasing Tickets
Tickets can be purchased through our website or an authorised booking platform.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email from GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB or our authorised ticketing partner.
Please check your booking confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if any details appear to be incorrect.
If you ask us to begin providing the service during the statutory cancellation period, you acknowledge that you may lose your cancellation right once the service has been fully performed or may be required to pay for services provided before cancellation.
15. Ticket Prices
Ticket prices are displayed at the time of booking.
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend ticket prices at any time before a booking is confirmed. Price changes will not affect tickets that have already been purchased.
16. Transfers & Resale
Unless otherwise stated for a particular event:
- Tickets are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly set out in these Terms.
- Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain.
- Tickets may not be advertised or offered as part of a competition, promotion or commercial package without our prior written permission.
Where an event allows ticket transfers, this will be clearly stated in the event information.
If transfers are permitted, requests should be made as early as possible before the event, and approval remains at the discretion of GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB.
17. Cancellations by You
If you are no longer able to attend an event, please let us know as soon as possible.
As many of our events involve upfront commitments to venues, suppliers and guest experiences, tickets are generally non-refundable unless we cancel the event or applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
From time to time, we may choose to facilitate ticket transfers or waiting lists where operationally possible, but this cannot be guaranteed and remains entirely at our discretion.
18. Changes, Postponement or Cancellation by Us
Occasionally, circumstances outside our control may require us to make changes to an event.
This may include changes to:
- the venue;
- timings;
- speakers or hosts;
- activities or entertainment; or
- other elements of the advertised programme.
Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.
If an event is postponed, your ticket will normally remain valid for the rescheduled date. Where you are unable to attend the new date, we will advise you of the options available at that time.
If an event is cancelled by GLASGLOW GIRLS CLUB and cannot be rescheduled, you will be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund of the ticket price paid or a credit for a future event.
We will not reimburse additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel, accommodation, childcare or other personal expenses unless required by applicable law.
19. Admission & Behaviour
Our events are designed to provide welcoming, inclusive and enjoyable experiences for everyone.
By attending one of our events, you agree to behave respectfully towards our team, speakers, venue staff and other attendees.

- puts the safety or wellbeing of others at risk;
- is abusive, threatening or discriminatory;
- causes significant disruption to the event; or
- is otherwise considered unacceptable by our event team.
20. Photography & Filming

By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or video recordings.
If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please speak to a member of our team when you arrive, and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. We reserve the right to retain historic photographs and videos already published.
