Meet The Vendor: Sweet Everythings @ Braehead Wedding Exhibition 2024
Could you please introduce yourself and tell us a bit about your background in the wedding industry?
I’m Hosanna Fisher, dessert maker, baker and cake artist of Sweet Everythings. I grew up baking and creating celebration cakes and have now grown into a bespoke wedding business, specialising in custom dessert tables and buttercream wedding cakes. Creating delicious things that make people happy is the dream!
What inspired you to become involved in the wedding industry and participate in events like the Braehead Wedding Exhibition?
When I first looked around at the cake and dessert options for weddings, I felt that there was so much more to offer. Dessert Tables were just arriving on the scene and buttercream wedding cakes were unknown. Gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan cakes were hard to find. It was a real joy to introduce cake options that work for modern wedding couples. When I see each cake or dessert display set up on the day of the wedding, I feel so honoured and proud to play a part in a couples’ special day. It’s something I never take for granted.
Can you share with us what your company specializes in or what products/services you offer for couples planning their wedding?
I create beautiful Wedding Cakes with a delicious buttercream (the recipe is a secret!) and handmade Dessert Tables full of everyone’s favourite mini cakes. And if you’re looking for something deliciously different for your Big Day, our piping bags are at the ready! We have also created towers of dessert pots and wedding brownies, a tower of doughnuts topped by a 2-tier wedding cake and macaron towers. Our cakes and desserts have been loved by brides who travelled to Scotland from as far away as Australia, the United States and South Korea!

We are easy to chat to if you’re juggling all the things, reasonable in terms of cost, and everything cake tastes as good as it looks. You can order a cake tasting box straight to your door or keep in touch via the socials with us until you’re ready to decide.
