Tell us about your business, the inspiration behind it and when you launched it?
I’m running a beauty salon. I’ve always wanted to have my own wee shop full of amazing treatments and people. We launched it in October 2024.
Best piece of advice you were given at the start of your business journey?
Never give up & be determined
What has been your biggest lesson/ challenge faced so far and how did you overcome it?
Hmm 🤔 , that’s a good question. The biggest challenge was finding good workers and making them stay and be happy in the space I’ve created. The beauty industry is very competitive, and you really need to work on your business and skills.
