Tell us about your businesses, the inspiration behind it and when you launched it?
Gallus was created as we were tired of Estate & Letting Agents that didn’t return emails and simply didn’t know enough about Property. As Landlords and Investors ourselves, we aim to manage and sell our clients’ properties with our hands-on style and make sure their Investment is in safe hands at all times.
Best piece of advice you were given at the start of your business journey?
Prioritize customer service and remain consistent!
What has been your biggest lesson/ challenge faced so far and how did you overcome it?
Our biggest challenge was being an unknown company in an industry that requires a lot of trust. We weren’t a “household name”, but overcame that with consistency and excellent service.
What is your number 1 business tip for success?
Learn from your mistakes
What are the big business goals for 2024?
Increase our Lettings portfolio by 50% and create a large database of potential homebuyers in Glasgow.
