Empowering Your Journey: Transforming Fertility Support at GGC

Hello gorgeous ladies of the Glasglow Girls Club! I’m Claire Innes, fertility expert and founder of The Fertility Mentor. I’m thrilled to join the GGC expert panel. My mission is to ensure every woman feels confident and informed as she navigates her path to motherhood. Whether you’re starting out or have faced challenges, I’m here to support and empower you. And make it all feel a little less scary by giving you the tools you need to thrive.

The Fertility Mentor and GGC Collaboration

I’m excited to team up with the Glasgow Girls Club, a wonderful community supporting women. As a Glasgow native, this partnership feels like a perfect fit. I studied at Strathclyde, met my husband on Queen Street, danced my arse off at The Garage (many moons ago) and lived on West George Street for several years. I live and breathe our beautiful city.
At The Fertility Mentor, we offer tailored guidance combining knowledge and empathy. Our shared vision with the GGC is to create a nurturing space where women can connect and grow. Whether you’re curious about nutrition, egg quality, recurrent miscarriage or supplements we’re here to provide the tools and support you deserve.

The Mission Behind The Fertility Mentor

My tagline No Bullshit, Just Science – says it all. Too long have women been scared to ask for support, advocate for themselves to their medical team, suffering in silence. I want to help women put themselves back together by optimising what I call the four pillars of fertility: egg quality, body, hormones and mind.

Claire Innes: A Passionate Advocate

My advocacy for fertility stems from a passion for women’s health and equality. Growing up in Glasgow, I’m inspired by the strength of women around me. Over the years, I’ve championed women’s rights on several TV and media interviews. My approach demystifies infertility, combining evidence-based practices with relatable banter. My ultimate goal is to bridge the gap in fertility support, ensuring no woman feels left behind. Together, we can change the fertility narrative.

Bridging Educational Gaps

We aim to bridge the educational gaps in fertility by making education accessible and understandable. By simplifying medical concepts, we empower women to make informed reproductive health decisions. Through workshops and discussions, we tackle topics like nutrition, weight loss and gain, understanding your menstrual cycle, assisted reproductive technology (ART) and stress management, equipping women with tools to navigate their fertility journey confidently.

Upcoming Events and Live Interviews

We’re thrilled to announce upcoming events and live interviews.

Starting with a live interview with Laura Maginnes on 9th January, we will dive into essential fertility topics. Please submit your questions in advance to me by email – claire@thefertilitymentor.org.uk, and tune into the live on the 9th, and every second Thursday of the month at 10am.

Whilst nobody can guarantee you the outcome you desire and deserve, my goal it to make sure you never look back with regret, thinking, what if…?
