Cocktails with Carol
This weekend cocktail was an Ellis Love ❤️ U Butterfly- For a change this was a layered cocktail
Ingredients
50ml Ellis Butterfly Pea gin
50ml Pineapple Juice
50ml Ellis Love ❤️ syrup 😀
bottom layer
Pour Ellis Love ❤️ Syrup to glass
Add Pineapple juice very slowly using a tea spoon to layer on top of the Love ❤️ syrup
then on top slowly layer the Butterfly Pea gin
Tip – pour the liquids very slowly into the glass.
Then sit back and Enjoy 🍸🍸🍸
