Laurie is a career wing woman who supports mid/senior level professionals to find the role that they love at the salary that they deserve. She worked in employability for 3.5 years before starting her own business in 2019 and since then, has helped hundreds of women to find jobs that suited their lifestyle, paid them well and fitted with their purpose. She has directed women’s returners programmes with partners, delivered training to PHD students using the Prosper portal and supported over 50’s to explore their options through her work with Business in The Community. She is regularly interviewed in the press and on podcasts about career development and using LinkedIn, and is known for her practical, no-nonsense support that gets results.
